By accessing or using MyBesh.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of service

MyBesh is a music reference site providing lyrics, song interpretations, artist information, charts, news, and community features. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 8 years old to use the Site, and at least 16 in regions that require it. When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit (comments, alternate interpretations, playlists). By submitting, you grant MyBesh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting), distribute, and create derivative works of the submission for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish or preserve any submission.

5. Intellectual property

All site content other than user-generated content and licensed third-party material (lyrics, album artwork, metadata) is the property of MyBesh or its licensors. Our editorial interpretations are protected by copyright; you may quote brief excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish whole pieces without permission.

Song lyrics are the copyright of their respective owners and are displayed under the conditions set out in our Methodology and DMCA Policy.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties (e.g., Apple Music, YouTube, Ticketmaster). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use of third parties is governed by their own terms.

8. Advertising and affiliate links

The Site displays advertising and contains affiliate links. We may receive compensation when you engage with these. This compensation does not influence our editorial content outside clearly labelled sponsored pieces.

9. Disclaimers

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we work to keep the Site accurate and current, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBesh and its operators, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and MyBesh regarding the Site. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
